the organization of the meeting, and noted that the friendly relations between the two countries, including cooperation in the field of science, are developing. After that, Rafal Rebilas, vice-rector of  WSB University, using the high authority assigned to him, awarded Shuhrat Otajonov, the director of the National Center, with the title of honorary professor of WSB university. This university is one of the most prestigious universities in Europe, it ranks 20th out of 460 existing universities in Poland, and ranks 1st in internationalization of the university.
